Develop training device engineering change proposals.Provide technical assessment of training devices and report results to customer.Develop and update program training schedules and milestones develop training presentations, reports and issue papers.Develop and review training curriculum and documentation to ensure development is in accordance with specifications.Facilitate training programs to selected workforce segments and assess results.Coordinate and work closely with other engineering, logistics, financial, and program management disciplines to define radio frequency (RF) and or satellite communication (SATCOM) training specifications and requirements.Working knowledge of RF and SATCOM tools.Develop TROC training program and crew certification plan with the Customer. Provide training and development support for the fielding and operations of the Transportable Space Range Operations Center (TROC) under minimal supervision. For work specific to Colorado Springs, JT4 supports the National Space Test and Training Complex (NSTTC) - Electronic Domain portion of the range. JT4 develops and maintains realistic, integrated test and training environments and prepares our nation's war-fighting aircraft, space and weapons systems, and aircrews for today's missions and tomorrow's global challenges.
